I felt like I had gained, I’m feeling a bit off but I did lose. In a bit of a slump with working out (just walking) so my goal is to get back into that to get tone back! That’ll make me feel happier :)
82.5 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Do you have a favorite place to walk to? or someone who can join you? My favorite walks are when I go with my daughter down to the boat lunch and try to look for fish.

Sounds so nice !! I’ve remained loyal to my walks (not my other workouts) but I have quite a good rotation of loops. Been a lifesaver during covid !! So nice to visit with friends as well as you mentioned :)
