Samaaaa, suka bingung, udah kenyang, waktu buat IF bentar lagi, tp target kalori belom kepenuhin..dan bingung makan apalagi karena stock dirumah tinggi karbo😅😅 alhasil susu lagi susu lagi sama quaker oats,atau bikin hot chocolate dri cocoa powder dan gula diet😅 kalo mentok belom full jg, aku tinggal, huhu abis bingung
