sebetul nya tinggi 155 bb 57 itu udah masuk ideal tapi ideal to gemuk gtu ,aku pengen yg ideal slim yg badan nya cuma 50kg, masih proses mangaattss
57.5 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
