i think this is an good balanced deit.what u guys think ? btw having balanced deit for very 1st time i hope i will continue doing this!

I had low fat recipe of 200gm chicken breast with salad in lunch and in dinner I had one chicken drumstick boiled that it. If u want I will share the low fat recipe . thank u for ur suggestions ☺️

Perfect 👍🏻 except the dietary fiber. It should be around 25gms

It's very easy.take 200gm chicken breast clean it and add small cuts on it then.in a bolw add curd,chilly powder, turmeric, Ginger garlic paste,salt and coriander leaves then add chicken pieces mix it well marinate it for 1 hour.then in a non-stick pan add 1 tbs olive oil spread it the cook the pieces well till it's cooked nicely if the 1st layer is becoming black it's nice that will make the chicken more tasty.thats it. It's easy.☺️do tell me u like it or not after making it☺️stay healthy 💪
