Well I'm finally below my original Fatsecret starting weight. :-) Things are going well and I feel good. Still not getting the exercise I would like, but I'm definitely more active than I was.
65.2 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
