now i am doing one time gym on daily basis from June 8, 2020. Corona is hitting all the world so i am trying to keep safe myself from it, but fear is fear.
i lost much much kgs in 2018, minimum check was 78kg in August 2018, after that i got busy in studying and more stuff like that, so all bad habits got me like no fixed time for sleeping and no fixed and i was eating all clean and junk food. So now I am at 91 again after right 2 years 🙂 Didn't check weight now, its been updated on June 7, 2020. ✌️
91 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
