I'm thinking of stealing Coach's Lemonade fast. I need to do something to kick start the wt loss again. I've been doing fairly well, but tend to sabotage on the weekends - especially with College Game Day and the NFL happening. More bad news - I visited Starbuck's again and am addicted to the Pumpkin spice Latte. I think I'll savor the one I have right now and quit it until the Christmas drinks come out :) P90X also kind of fell apart. My hubby and I are going to start at week 3 again today and try to get back on track. Once you start getting up at 5:30am, it gets easier everyday. So - here is the Lemonade....I'm off to the store.... 1 serving 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of maple syrup 1/10 tablespoons of cayenne pepper 10 oz of water consume from 6 – 12 servings of lemonade a day you can make it in batches just add the ingredients accordingly
