Kadang lelah gk ada perubahan tpi udh berusaha dan akhirnya stress dan balik makan bebas

Cardio sama cba yg chloe ting tapi gk kuat. Akhirnya workoutnya kdng cardio, kadang HITT, kadang zumba tapi cuma 3x seminggu sih

ada kok walau dikit. baru stu bulan. semangat terus. kalo di barengin WO mungkin akan lebih bantu banyak

coba senam TABATA, sehari 3-4 set.. dijamin deh, tpi ttp plus defisit kalori ya..
