Shrimp with fresh cilantro and fresh green onion....and fresh spinach. All herbs and veggies picked from the garden today. This is the life! The strawberries are finally coming in for snacks and tomorrow's breakfast! I even managed to make a screen saver of my Zen garden! Days like to day make me think about retirement, just too good to be true!
