For lunch u can eat a oat roti with 1 egg half fry wrap or a simple 1 roti with any sabji or some roasted chana with mix chaat masala onion and tomatoes
For Break fast a glass of buttermilk with 1 egg omelet or 2 boil egg
Or just eat 1 roti and sabji
You can also eat fish in lunch if u can
I use only such shorts nothing else
