They are NOT healthy...Sure you want to know?
2 c sugar, 1 stick butter, 4tbs cocoa, 1/2 c milk. Heat to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla. Stir in 1/2 c peanut butter until blended. Stir in 3 c rolled oats. Drop from spoon onto silicone mat or wax paper. Cool and eat!

Have used this recipe but omitted the sugar, added 1/4 cup honey, still not healthy but better. Also with 2 cups sugar it is sickenly sweet. Going to substitute unsweeten raspberry applesauce sauce for most of the butter next time. Hope it works so I can have my chewy cholate fix.
