Whew, it has been a crazy summer. I have gained almost 20 pounds since graduating! Now I have started working again, and am setting up a comfortable routine once more. I work far better with a routine, so this is a good thing.
124.9 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
