I didn't do great tracking my food on FS, but I was somewhat conscious of what I was eating. Doesn't mean I didn't stray slightly...but I kept it under control. Busy weekend coming!
114.8 kg Lost so far: 19.0 kg.    Still to go: 42.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

There is nothing wrong with straying every now and then. We are only human. As long as you hold yourself accountable for what you are eating it will be okay. You know what you need to do. You are doing a fantastic job so far. Make the best choices that you can and get back on track as soon as you can. I don't want to see you jeopardize what you have accomplished so far, but you deserve to enjoy yourself as well. It does feel sometimes like a job keeping track of everything, and it is nice not worrying about it every now and then, just don't lose your focus. Sometimes it is so easy to do. I fight that feeling almost every day. Seeing everyone around me eating whatever they want and not having to worry about the consequences later. I wish I could eat whatever I want and not worry about it going to my gut or ass later :-) Unfortunately keeping track of what I eat is the only thing that keeps me on track and focused on the goal I have set for myself. I am hoping as I lose more weight that my thoughts about food will start to diminish. I have been going to bed feeling like I am starving here lately. I am sure that is because I need to make better food choices so I feel fuller after a meal. Still working on that part. Have a good weekend but don't lose your focus on where you want to be.
