After my 4 lb WI last week I am happy to report that I lost 3.4 of that at this yesterday's WI. I am so pleased and have been careful to follow the 8 healthy guidelines of WW. Tracking faithfully is something that I also concentrated on this past week. I feel less sluggish ~ this week I will work toward doing the same ~ 10 glasses of water, at LEAST 30 minutes of activity daily, and proper tracking every day.
