Here’s where I’m at... my weight has been creeping back up. I’ve gained some and decided to buy a juicer this weekend. Hoping the change from low carb high fat—>low fat high carbs works to get my body moving again! I’ve been low carbing for 4 years now!!

you look fantastic! do you mind me asking how long it took you to lose the majority of your weight? I just started keto today. I did it several years ago at the recommendation of my cardiologist and I lost 55 lb. I kept it off for several years and in the last year I put it back on.

Carnivore diet stopped my weight from increasing. I eat mainly ruminant meat, salt and water. Night and day difference. Keto allows carbs which even in low amounts boosts insulin. I lost much like you before as well. Congratulations. From the bottom of my heart, I hope you’re careful with the juice. Hope you meet your goals. Best regards.

@aimela.... it took about 2 years to drop it all. I hit 184lbs and felt good. I admittingly stayed on the plan but ate wayyy to many calories.. age and lifestyle change and we need to adjust the sails accordingly! The important thing is to listen to our bodies!

@drumchild I’ve learned that our bodies need different things at different times and ages in our lives. If I’ve eaten 2 bananas in the past FOUR YEARS it’s too much. There comes a time when the body just needs more. Thank you for your kind words and I wish you luck on your journey as well.
