So for the last couple of days I have walked on the treadmill for 30 mins....Hopefully I can keep this up.. I've been lucky that my baby has been taking a nap around the same time each day. It gives me just enough time to go on the treadmill, shower and get myself, and my 4yr old ready for the day.
I've been up since 5:30 today...hopefully being up early wont result in eating more through out the day
