I made one ass-kickingly awesome stir fry tonight: chop chinese long beans into 2" pieces, dry saute in about 2T oil in a wok. Set aside. Add 1T of oil to the wok, then 1t minced ginger, 1t chopped garlic, 1t chili paste, 1T soy sauce. Stir fry 'til it's all nice and fragrant, then add in 7oz tofu cut into small cubes. Stir fry until it's done, mix with the beans. Toss a few sesame seeds in at the end. Serve over rice.
I sliced up the other half of the tofu package, marinated it in soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and ginger, then baked it at 300 for about an hour. I swear I could knock back the entire batch in one sitting if I let myself.
