great news!! I was accepted for my benefits. Now a huge sigh of relief can be expelled.

Yesterday I did do some walking not as much as I had liked but some was done.
I was also going to start the whole recording thing too. But have decided to wait until the first. Something to gear towards.

Conclusion is made that I suck at challenges and have decided to not join anymore of them. Make my own and see if I can stick to it instead.

Well that's about it for me..

Oh one more thing my mum loaded me up with awesome stuff yesterday.. Stewed rhubarb from her garden.. Rhubarb & strawberry crisp homemade, zucchini and nut muffins small portioned and home made, cantaloupe already precut, and a few other things. So now although I have some money I already have a good start on fridge items!!
Yeah me!

That's great! I know that's been something that has been weighing heavy on you. I'm so happy to hear things are finally turning around for you! AND you are stocked up with fruits and vegetables. Good foods to restart on.

That is good news. And your mum bringing you goodies too, that's so lovely. I'm hopeless with group things and challenges. I'm enthusiastic in the beginning but usually give up and do my own thing. It's good to record your progress when you are ready; I use my weight and body measurements, as you can look back at how far you have come when you are seeking nore motivation. Caroline
