Measurement Monday No change in waist, thighs or hips this week. I saw a .25 increase in each bicep and a small loss in my bust. Tracking Tuesday I was right on track this week with a daily average of 1256 calories! I was still able to fit in treats and snacks to satisfy cravings and stay within my calorie budget. Weigh In Wednesday A new low today! I weighed in at 153.2 on 5/20 compared to 151.6 on 5/27. I was excited to see the scale catching up with my efforts. I just have to continue to trust the process. Calories in versus calories out is all it boils down to.
