Sekitar 4bulanan mba2🙏sy pagi buah,siang makan nasi maks 6sendok,sayur lauk. Sore sayur dan lauk jg.. Ngemil buah jm 9pg dn jm2.. Olganya zumba,plank,jogging,angkat beban(tp yg ini ga bgtu konsisten)7. Minimal 4x dlam sminggu olga.. Stiap olga minimal 1jam.. Bangun dan mau tidur minum air jahe(no gula no susu yes)🙏smoga brmnfaat🙏oh y,2bln trkhir sy mulai nyomot2 jg,jd g ush trllu beban kalau km khilaf makannya over.. Yg pnting bsoknua back on track🙏
