Ugh! Ever have those days where you weigh in but can’t bring yourself to post it? I hate seeing the numbers go up. Especially when I feel like I’ve been working really hard. I DID have very salty popcorn last night, so I’m hoping it’s mostly water weight. I’ve been posting pictures of everything I eat. My new commitment is to weigh in daily AND post it, regardless of the change.😬
