Finally reached my goal of 65 to allow myself going on holidays (never thought it was an achievable goal). Now i have accomplished it, i will try my best to keep carbs low but im sure it wont be an easy task, lets be realistic, its holidays!
But still i am very positive on my 10 kg goal so even when i might be more flexible, the mind is set on taking care of myself (body-heart-mind) So i will take long walks on the beach and empty my mind.

65 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
