Calories don’t play favorites. You don’t just hit your target goal because you’re nice or do good things for people. No. You hit your goal by discipline, and support (which I get from FT, thank you) and being mindful of what you decide to ingest. And that becomes a reflection of all things you “take in” in your life. The quality of news, relationships, what you expose yourself to, food (of course)social media, exercise, etc. And you begin to set better standards to yourself. I am gaining, patience, self love 💗 and mindfulness through this process. I’m having break up conversations with my vanity and ego, and it’s humbling. Every one thing, no matter how small, counts...including myself.
