Start Date: Mid June weighed 253 after a buisness trip... tired of feeling tired and out of shape.
22 July Have been dieting a monthish down to 244lb seem to be stuck here for last week. need to try something new. fruits and veggies for snacks yogurt or cereal for breakfast. small lunch and reasonable dinner have been sticking to roughly 2000-2200 calories. limited to 2 cans of coke zero or diet dr pepper a week. water or tea (sweet&low) (I think I have busted that 3 times in the last month). maybe I will go for a walk tonight.
