So, I follow the 80/20 rule for dieting (80% satiated, micronutrient dense food and 20% “free” food). With that being said, every night for who knows how long lol I’ve been eating a PB&J or PB and honey (the jelly and honey being my free part of my 20% calories).
Does any one else do this? Orrrrr am I an anomaly lol
