I'm having a great day, I just joined yesterday and I already have a buddy. We both are on weight watchers and are brides to be next year. In order for me not to have an anxiety attack with my scale, I choose not to weigh weekly. Sometimes it's very tempting but I'm trying to rely on the tape measure. I'm spotting my upper body, I'm wearing a strapless dress for the wedding and want to tone my arms and smooth out some of my back fat. I actually just started my diet September 8th, along with water aerobics which I love. My start wt was 237lbs,current 229lbs I'm hoping to incorporate some push-ups beginning Sunday, and later some resistance training later. My problem is my 7pm-7am work schedule, so it's hard to exercise after work. I'm dedicated to the aerobics but since exercise is not in my DNA to add on is going to be the challenging. I'll continue to peek at my wedding dress and hope to get inspiration from that.
