Let go of another .25, but probably overate last nite. Was so hungry I ate two large hamburger patties, instead of just one. Shdn't have tried to eat at the partners' lunch yesterday; shd've taken my cold chicken and salad instead. The egg salad just wasn't enough protein to carry me to dinner, and the cold cuts were too salty I stopped eating them after one bite. Got in my 2.5 miles this morning. Good week for exercise.
