Cottage cheese is so very versatile. I use it instead of potatoes with my meal. If my sweet tooth is acting up I have cottage cheese with lime sugar free jello.

I've never thought of jello in my cottage cheese. I have to use the 4%. Still only 100 calories for 1/2 cup or 114 g.

I love cottage cheese by itself with just a little salt on top! I'm definitely going to see where else I can use it. Maybe on a baked potato?

Do be careful with mixing Dairy ( Milk ) products as they make any carbohydrate ( Specially Fruit ) to rotten and go bad on your stomach and digestive tract :)

My fave is mixed with pineapple. It's never upset my stomach.

My favorite is mixed with pineapple too, though I like it with any fruit. That looks delicious.

Looks great! Like others said, I'm also a big fan of pineapple and cottage cheese!
