Lost another lb of water weight, down to 158.75, but still .75 heavier than pre-SF trip. Not traveling again until Oct 20, so it'd be great to lose the extra .75 in water, plus 2 lbs before I leave for Chicago again. Was inspired by Pinky to get out the tape measure. Down to 39 (-1), 36.5 (-1.5), 43 (-1). -.75" on thighs, .5" on arms, for a total loss of 6".
