You know it's hot when this woman exposes skin! That is what happened yesterday, totally threw myself out of my comfort zone. Must be the heat driving me more crazy then I already am. The story goes like this, I have a pair of shorts which are the shortest ones in my closet as I mostly stick to the longer variety. I put them on, with my sports bra thing and my tank top. I had told a friend that I would walk with them to there appointment which is about a 2.5 mile round trip from home. Loaded with fluids off we went. Going down there was not as brutal as coming back, so since we took the side streets back and I was sweating off came my shirt and I actually exposed my stomach for the first time in over 20 years (maybe even longer) the breeze on my bare skin felt so good! Plus although I was totally subconscious of doing this I quite frankly was to hot to care. I even ventured out later in the day to go pick a few things up from the grocery store. My new yummy dinner involves celery and tofu dip! Well that's my hot and overheated tale. Today once again is guzzle the fluids and hope to not do a face plant!
