Missed my walk AGAIN today. Too many apppointments and didn't finish our meet tonight until 11:30. I guess standing for hours counts for something, but I really did want to walk. Be glad when these two weeks are over and I can find a new normal.

Carb count on the McD salad is inaccurate as I had no tomatoes or carrots. Net should read 4grams. Just can't adjust it anywhere except McD's site :)
