I feel ultra happy, and with high motivation levels, as the scale has been my best friend the last 2 days. We will see how long this relationship lasts.
I believe the few minutes i added for running have made a great impact, as i always hated running. But I'm trying really hard to keep it up.
66.9 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
