mau cerita dikit

bbrp hari lalu iseng nyari2 method buat ngecilin perut. trus aku ktmu ni 2 video. yg 1 ttg teknik org jepang yg pakai handuk di bawah pusar (atau kalian bs search japanese towel method for flat belly) sama teknik pernapasannya miki ryosuke. awalnya aku skeptis bgt bgt.

setelah 4 hari nyoba, back pain ku berkurang, perutku kempes 2.5cm, aku kurusan 1kg dan ga se bloating dlu (ini ngaruh dr pola makan jg yaaa). aku workout sih tp jujur ga gt ngaruh dr workout hahahaha. so klo ad yg mau nyoba 2 metode itu, monggo. siapa tau perutnya bs kecilan hehehe.
