Did not have a very healthy lunch today... took advantage of my rest day and gave in to spicy instant noodles and chocolate.... cravings are satisfied but i dont feel good about it :(

it's ok as long as you put some veggies it is not so bad. what kind of chocolate?

balance is key! if one salad won’t make you healthy, one bowl of noodles won’t make you unhealthy :)

Actually noodles with veggies us not unhealthy carbs fubers and veggies...

Both of you made very good points. However the noodles are very processed, i had aero mint chocolate and peanut butter chocolate chips out of the bag.... not only that but i went all out on crackers and cereal today too. i have no idea what has gotten into me but today was just not my day.

it happens, go with it. better than binging right? after a while the cravings lessen. unfortunately the hunger does not.
