A Haiku
Exercise. You're dumb. Burritos would be better. Why can't you be food?
Ok, so I begrudgingly admit that I need to start exercising. All I remember from my encounters with exercise in the past is that as soon as I start, I want to be done. I just really don't like it. BUT, seeing as I'm getting to the upper end of my 40s, I probably should start if I want to keep living and stuff. I'm envisioning some sort of body weight-type of thing, maybe 10-15 minutes a day to start. Yeah, that's not much, I know. Baby steps! Suggestions?
