no change on the scales, I'm still in between 84 and 83 🤷♀️ But!!! my size 18 jeans were so loose I needed to buy size 16 of same brand and style. A bit nervous trying on (usually get upset & cry when trying on clothes) what a relief to discover the waistband wasn't tight and "no" muffin top look from these jeans 🙆♀️ good news eh! even my family saying I'm looking skinny 💃
