Gorgeous day yesterday. The walk home was gorgeous - the river valley is bursting with colour! I really have to get a picture this fall - not like last when it was amazing for a week and then suddenly leaf-less and I was SOL!
Last night's workout was good but only got in the bike portion as I had a tonne of laundry to get done. I'll try and make up for it tonight, but I have a feeling that Mom and Lynn are going to stop in. Arghh. Family. :-)
