Hasn't been easy to stick to the regime lately. My boyfriend and I are going through a 'road bump' in our relationship right now, and it's been challenging. It's all I can do not to eat all the ice-cream in sight and go into a sugar-induced coma. :) I didn't record any of my food yesterday. I went off the plan for the day. I just needed to be able to do what I wanted for a day and not have to think about what I could/could not eat. I'll get back on it today and go from here.

When I had trouble with a guy, I would take out my rage in the gym rather than eat. You might make good use of the punching bag.

LOL ... yes, if there is rage, that's a good way to do it ... this time, there isn't as much rage as there is sadness. It's hard to cry and do pushups at the same time, haha. It's been a few days ... things are leveling out emotionally. Thanks. :)
