wow today work out was way harder then yesterdays but still very fun. i had to take several brake because i kept getting dizzy. now that i have the work out thing covered now i need to figure out what to cut out of my diet and what to add in. it is hard for me cause of my allergies can have fish cant have shell fish cant have mushroom and cant have a lot of different nuts. and poultry is hard for me to process i also cant have been or cooked veggies unless i want to get very very sick. so changing my diet is going to be hard. this year i am planting a garden so i will be able to get some of my own fresh veggies. but that will take a while. i am open to suggestion of some good stuff to change to. do know my husband and i are on a very tight budget right now so any thing i change has to work for both of us. i am also open to suggestion and how not to get dizzy when i work out.

You do not have to change a lot if you do not want to. Just make sure you measure weigh and record all your food and then decide what you need to eat to start losing.

Sounds terrible being confined to little options but that's life. Sometimes we got to take it and move gorward with what we have. You don't really need to change a lot but I personally eat Kale, Spinach and other relatively cheap, raw vegetables. Kale can be a handful raw so I usually blend it into my morning smoothies. Lentils are also a good option. They're full of fiber and protein. Plus they are very cheap. For the most part eat as healthy as you can. It's okay to make mistakes, and I wish you the best.
