為我朋友平反,其實我先係最大食果個😂
我一日兩餐早餐、午餐,進行輕斷食,8小時內進食,我盡量早餐食豐富啲,澱粉類都放係早餐,因為早餐多啲時間消化嘛,加上我每日會運動所以會食得更多😆
