Hi Katt! You have to make sure and get enough fat and calories or you may have a tuffer time the first couple of weeks on the VLCD. Perhaps try some of the small frozen cream puffs, milk shakes, pasta or lasagna. Things that are high calorie stuff. Good luck! Ellie
