This is what I had this morning. I always eat my breakfast after my morning workout. 1/2 cup old fashion rolled oats with a banana, 2 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter and 3/4 cup almond milk into a mason jar and shake it up. Let it sit over night and you have banana and peanut butter oats! About 280 calories

Would it work with the oats and skim milk and frozen berries?

Blueberries work for sure. I often use blueberries and not bananas because they are lower in calories but I’m not sure about the milk. All the recipes I’ve seen use some sort of coconut, almond or other nut milks

Also, make sure you are using rolled oats because they are the only ones that will work for overnight oats
