gimana caranya tetap di atas BMR kalau lagi ramadhan?? aku harus makan 1500 per hari, jadi tadi aku berusaha sekitar 750-800an dialokasi untuk sahur (intinya kayak gabungin sarapan dan makan siang) agar sumber energi cukup sampai buka puasa, dimana aku bisa lanjut kyk makan malam biasa.
masalahnya kenyaang bgt! udah ada waktu makan 1.5 jam tetap gak kuat :')
