Today is Saturday and I did my Wii Fit this morning with the Free Run, running for a total of 1.44 miles for 10 minutes. Then finished up this afternoon with 20 jacknifes, twists, leg lifts, and more. I did gain go down 2 oz. from yesterday when I went up 1.1 pounds due to that time of the month, but look forward to going back down when it's over with.
