Happy to be home, though it's been a hectic day. 2 piano workshops, a bday party, Costco shopping. The whole day gone. But at least I had control over my food. The conference was horrible, food-wise. Will need to figure out what to do for conferences going forward. Bfast is easy since I can always order room service before starting the day. But group lunches and dinners? Have another conference in SF this week. Will need to figure out what to do about Friday lunch.
