maaf gabisa bales satu2 . untuk lama nya diet sekitar maju 6bulan , 3 bulan stop ga makan nasi putih dan 3 bulan nya lagi makan nasi merah. TB 155 itu BB 60 VS 45 . kurangi konsumsi goreng2n dan perbanyak sayur dan buah . kalo saya sering atau hampir setiap hari makan pepaya biar lancar kalo BAB.
