Fufa : cheat day bebas makan apa ajh si aku kak, cumn ttep merhatiin makronutein nya, trs gk lbih dri 2000 kalori perharinya selama 3 hari itu. Skarang udh back on track, makan d 1500,soalnya bmr ku 1300 trs tdee 1700
