Had my 'fix' of coffee and my WW blueberry bar for my cure for that growling TIRE I'll call my stomach. :o)
Headed off to my Dad's birthday party last night. Goodtimesgoodtimes I must say! A local eatery was on the plan...I did well, I think...chicken fajita w/out the ,point adding, flour shell...I couldn't eat that much of it as I had a salad before...GOOD CHOICE, Sibby (Pat on back)....however that Leinie's honey added a couple pts...heehee (UNpat on back) HA! Choc cake was for dessert and I took a bite and handed that right on over to hubby...NICE!!!
I was helped along by my fellow fs buddy Leesah (hugs hon!) to add a tune to my journal here...I'm into music...I'm into all kinds of music...in college metallica was FIRST on my WALKMAN (dating myself here...at least I didn't write 8 track)HA!...I found some relished tunes I kinda forgot about...I LOVED hearing them again and it put me in this AWESOME mood. Man, music does it to me...have you every found that out? I'm sure most of you have...but...music can really up or down me. LOVE listening to ALL the sounds and picking out the notes and instruments...from head banging tunes...to ziggy marley...to billy idol...classical...LUV'EM all!!! (ok and johnny cash, Paolo Nutini, Tony bennett to Joss Stone...HA! Sinatra..gotta love that old crooner for sure ;o)!)
I'll be back in a bit to add a classic tune on here...remember I'm a dinosaur when it come to techno stuff...but at least I'm trying!

I made a deal with another fs'er to do 100 crunches a day...I did it yesterday...no effects on me today...thought I'd have some serious abdo issues...)3 c-sections MOONS ago, my abdo's are NOT normal anymore...they're crooked...seriously the mussels are...anyway TMI I'm sure...so MAYBE I'll up the ante to 125, eh??
