Steady at 163 this morning. Ate some pizza that work provided for us yesterday (only cheese and veggie though!).
Taking a week off work next week - might try to do a jump-start with the Curves diet to get a few more pounds off. Waist was up to 39" a few weeks ago - disgraceful! It's down to 36" this morning, that's were the fat seems to be accumulating and why I can't get in to a smaller size of pants - maybe I should go for the elastic waist!
I'll continue to plug away at it. Ordered a Winsor Pilates video yesterday, hopefully that will arrive before next week and I can do that next several times a week while off work. That is supposed to really work the middle.
