Had such a stressful day in the office yesterday, thought I'd need a glass of wine in the evening, but I had extra chicken and water instead. The kids' chatter at the dinner table was so lively I didn't need the wine to relax. Off to Chicago for a business trip; packing my lunch for the plane. Got in 30 min on the treadmill this morning; better than nothing.
